ARDMORE STATION
The future of "TOD" (transit-oriented development).
In 2008, Dranoff Properties was named developer of Ardmore Station — a $180 million mixed-use project set to completely revitalize the historic community of Ardmore, located on Philadelphia’s affluent Main Line. The project will transform the area on all sides of the Ardmore train station, uniting two sections of the community: the high-end Suburban Square shopping mall and the commercial district on Lancaster Avenue. Dranoff's vision for Ardmore Station is an imaginable, practical solution that blends into historic Ardmore with a new mixed-use village.
