Creating an Entertainment Destination in a Former Vacant Warehouse.

Dranoff Properties reimagined a former plumbing supply warehouse as nationally acclaimed radio station WXPN and World Cafe Live. World Cafe Live features not one but two highly regarded performance spaces. The downstairs music hall hosts large national acts, while the upstairs venue features a full-service restaurant. World Cafe Live has attracted bustling nighttime foot traffic and helped to create over 100 new jobs in a once-deserted urban corridor.

The project was done in conjunction with the University of Pennsylvania, which ground leased the building to Dranoff Properties.
